Workshops · A live cohort for founders
The company that runs without you.
A live workshop for founders and CEOs of growing companies. Three days to stop being the bottleneck your business waits on — and to build a team that runs the company like it’s theirs.
AI does the busywork. Your team runs the company like it’s theirs. You finally do the work that’s only yours. Over three days you’ll map every person in your company on the Energy Curve, know exactly who to protect, and walk out with the framework that makes a team run like owners.
A short note about you and your company. We’ll be in touch about the next cohort. No obligation.
Live, in-person cohort Three days Limited to 20 seats 14–16 Aug 2026 · Radisson Blu, Goa
The problem
You didn’t start your company to spend your life as its bottleneck.
But somewhere along the way, that’s what happened. Every decision waits at your door. Every escalation lands on your phone. The org chart on the wall is decorative — in reality, everything still runs through you. You’re working flat out on everything except the one thing you actually built the business to do.
In Hindi we call daily life rozmarra. Stuck in traffic one morning, I heard it differently: roz… mar… raha hai. Dying, daily.
That’s what work becomes when it’s just work — for you, and for every person you employ. Here’s the part nobody calculates: your team is giving you about half of what they’ve got. You’re paying for eight hours and getting four. It’s sitting in your calendar — the Saturdays you lose, the holiday you can’t take without your phone lighting up.
You can’t fix that by working harder. You already are. And you can’t fix it by hiring more — that just adds more people who don’t care the way you do.
There’s one thing that turns out to be the whole job. AI can’t touch it. Money can’t buy it. And almost no founder has been taught to do it.
The shift
Your real title was never CEO.
It was Chief Energy Officer.
Strategy can be copied. Targets can be set by anyone. Capital is flooding your competitors. The one thing you control that they can’t replicate is the energy of the room — whether your people run toward the work or merely show up to it.
That’s not a soft idea. It’s the hard difference between a team that needs you in every meeting and a team that runs the company while you’re away. This workshop hands you the system to do exactly that — the same one Susheel has run for over a decade inside a bootstrapped company, while the funded giants around it burned millions. Over three days, he shows you the mechanism.
What you leave with
Three days. Tools, not inspiration.
Everything in the room has been tested in a real company, with real targets, for over a decade. You leave with a working system — not notes from a talk.
Your entire team, mapped on the Energy Curve
Place every person across the five zones — and spot the few quietly draining the room: your best people who are closest to empty and about to leave. The dashboard says green; the battery is at one bar. You’ll learn to read the real signal.
The FLOW framework
The system that makes people run the company like it’s theirs — not theory downloaded from Harvard, but the method used to move real teams from survival to flow, ready to apply Monday morning.
The end of the decision-bottleneck
Why your team queues at your door for every call — and the one shift that stops it, so you finally do the work only you can do.
The real cost of disengagement — in your own numbers
See the attrition, rework, and re-hiring already sitting in your business, and why building energy is cheaper than endlessly replacing it. (We won’t discuss finance or pricing — this is about your people.)
The CLIMB roadmap
A simple, repeatable way to keep moving your people up the curve long after the workshop ends — and a different relationship with your own work.
Format & cadence
A live cohort, in one room.
It’s inquiry-based: Susheel throws questions to the room, and you discover your own answers. Not a lecture, not a webinar — a small group of founders working through the same problem together, in person.
A note from your facilitator
Let me clear the air. I’m not a guru.
No ponytail, no retreat in the Himalayas. I’m an accidental speaker — my day job is running Ethika, in the most boring business in the world: insurance broking. This isn’t a motivational session, it isn’t seven steps downloaded from a study, and it isn’t a delegation or SOP course — I’m not going to teach you to hand off tasks. We rebuild why people own the work in the first place. And there are no profit hacks here: we won’t discuss numbers or finance for a single minute. If you came for that, this isn’t your room — and I’d rather tell you now.

Who leads it
I didn’t learn this in business school. I learned it the hard way.
Zero outside funding. No loan. Susheel built Ethika from a kid’s room in Hyderabad, while the legacy giants spent on fancy offices and the startups burned through millions. By every textbook, it should have been crushed. It kept winning.
What he figured out along the way wasn’t a set of HR tactics or a clever growth strategy. It was one idea: when you solve your employees’ personal problems, they solve your clients’ problems, and business success becomes the outcome. That turned Ethika from an insurance broker into a talent magnet — and turned him, somewhere along the way, into a Chief Energy Officer. This workshop isn’t theory. It’s the playbook that built it.
Is this your room?
Built for the right founders — and honestly not for everyone.
You didn’t start your company to spend your life as the thing it waits on. This room is built for founders ready to change that.
This room is for you if…
- You’re a founder, owner, MD, or CEO of a company of roughly 50–2,000 people.
- You feel like the bottleneck — the business runs you more than you run it.
- Your best people are leaving, and you find out the day they resign.
- Carrot-and-stick has quietly stopped working, especially on your younger people.
- You want a team that runs the company like it’s theirs — so you can do the work only you can do.
This room is not for you if…
- You’re looking for profit hacks, growth tactics, or financial frameworks.
- You want to automate or delegate your way out of leadership.
- You want theory, motivation, or a certificate.
- You’re not willing to be questioned and to do the thinking yourself.

Honest answers
Questions founders ask before they commit.
That’s exactly the problem we’re here to solve. If you can’t step away for three days, the business is too dependent on you. The work is designed to build the systems, leaders, and habits that buy that time back — for years.
No. Delegation is one small part. This is about building a company that performs without constant founder intervention — through culture, leadership, accountability, decision-making, and the FLOW framework.
Not at all. No motivational speeches, no generic theory. You work on your own business throughout and leave with a practical plan tailored to your company.
The cohort is intentionally small and curated. Before confirming a place we check there’s a genuine fit. If you’re committed to building a business that can grow without depending on you every day, you’ll find immediate value.
This room is designed specifically for founders and owners. Senior leaders are vital to implementation, but the systems, culture, and decisions here need founder-level ownership. (Your people team has its own door: the From HR to CEO workshop.)
Because it costs you something — and the founders willing to make that sacrifice are the ones who actually change anything. The real work happens in a small room where Susheel can reach every person. A free webinar fills a room; three days fills it with the right people.
That’s what the CLIMB roadmap is for. You leave with a repeatable way to keep moving your people up the Energy Curve, not a one-off high. The frameworks are built to be run inside your company long after the room empties — and to be handed to your own leaders so it doesn’t live or die with you.
Yes. You work on your own real numbers and your own people, so the room runs on candour — and it only works if what’s said there stays there. The cohort agrees to confidentiality up front, and the cohort is curated partly to avoid direct competitors sitting in the same room.
Fair question — and the honest answer is the point. Susheel isn’t a career speaker; he built a bootstrapped company in a famously unglamorous business and made it a place people stay. Everything in the room has been tested there, with real targets, for over a decade. It’s a practitioner’s playbook, not a consultant’s slide deck.
No. The workshop is about how you lead your people; it isn’t a sales channel for cover, and there’s no obligation of any kind. If you later want to talk about group health and benefits, that’s a separate, no-pressure conversation you can start whenever you choose.
