Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of this website — nothing more. They are not an insurance contract, a quote, or advice. Any cover you take is governed by the insurer’s own policy terms, and a client relationship begins only through our conversation and mandate process.
1Scope & acceptance
These Terms of Use cover your access to and use of this website only. They do not cover any insurance policy: cover is always subject to the relevant insurer’s own policy wording, terms and conditions, and to applicable law.
By using this site you agree to these terms.
2Who we are
This website is operated by Ethika Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd, an insurance broker licensed by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) as a Direct Broker (Life & General).
Under the IRDAI (Insurance Brokers) Regulations, a broker’s mandate comes from the client and its Code of Conduct requires it to act in the client’s interest; a broker is barred from acting as any insurer’s agent.
3No advice, and no contract through content
The content on this site is general information. It is not insurance, legal, financial or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation about any specific product. Nothing on the site is an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment, and nothing on it forms a contract.
Any guidance specific to your situation, and any cover, happens only through our conversation and the formal mandate process — not through reading this site.
4Claim stories & testimonials
Any claim stories, reviews or testimonials on this site describe past experience. They are illustrative and do not guarantee any particular outcome; every claim turns on its own facts and the relevant policy terms.
5Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it. You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or connected systems;
- introduce malware, or interfere with the site’s normal operation or security;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content except as ordinary search-engine indexing;
- use the site to infringe others’ rights, or for any unlawful, misleading or fraudulent purpose;
- submit other people’s personal data through our forms without their authority.
6Intellectual property
The site and its content — text, design, logos, graphics, and the gated assets (the workshop video, the business-case download, and any book excerpts) — are owned by Ethika and/or their respective owners and are protected by law.
You may view and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. The gated assets are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be redistributed, republished or shared without our written permission.

Following such links is at your own discretion.
8No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law — including that content is complete or current, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ethika is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Ethika against claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll change the version and “last updated” date above, and your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
