The Future generali health insurance plans provide a family discount of 10% when more than one family member is insured under the policy on an individual sum insured basis. Future generali also provides a long term discount when you purchase the policy for more than one year period.
Future generali health insurance plan provides a convalescence benefit of Rs.5000 for hospitalization of more than 10 days to you or your family member once per hospitalization event during the policy period. The convalescence benefit is paid as a lump sum after the duration of 10 days hospitalization stay due to an illness or accident.
Future generali health insurance plan provides an ICU benefit of twice of the per day benefit if you or your family member is hospitalized in an ICU within the city of your residence. In case of hospitalization outside your city of residence the company would provide a benefit of thrice of the per day benefit in case of you or your family member being hospitalized. ICU benefit is available for a maximum period of 10 days for each hospitalization and maximum of 20 days during the policy period.
Future generali health insurance plan reinstates the OPD limit for mental illness if it is exhausted in the policy period. The reinstatement would be done on complete exhaustion of the limit and the reinstated sum insured can be utilized for future claims related to mental illness.
Future generali health insurance plan provides a recovery benefit of Rs.5000 for stress free recovery to the insured hospitalized due to an accident or illness. The recovery benefit is provided in addition to the convalescence benefit and it doesn't depend on any other benefit payable.
