The unlimited sum insured plan from Bajaj Allianz is known as Health infinity in which there would be no limit on the sum insured at the time of hospitalization. The claim settlement would be done on the basis of the room rent limit opted by the insured customer. The co-payment would be applicable if the hospitalization expenses exceed 100 times of the room rent limit.
The claim settlement in case of more than one health insurance policy would be on contribution basis. The claim amount would be shared among the insurance companies and settled accordingly. The maximum amount of claim that can be obtained from the different health insurance plans would not exceed the claim amount or the highest sum insured under the plans. At the time of renewal the customer would get renewal notice only for one policy.
