HDFC Ergo health insurance network hospitals list can be downloaded from here. HDFC Ergo has tied up with more than 13,000 hospitals all over India to provide cashless claim settlement facility to their customers. The cashless claim settlement facility would be available only in the network hospitals also known as tie up hospitals.

Acko general insurance claim intimation can be done either through cashless or reimbursement basis. Acko general insurance hospital empanelment would be done from the head office if the hospital satisfies certain criteria. In case of cashless claim settlement, the hospital bill would be settled by the insurance company directly to the hospital without the involvement of the insured whereas in case of reimbursement the insured customer needs to settle the hospital bill first and then claim it from the insurance company by submitting all the original documents. Cashless claim settlement facility is available only in the network hospitals that are tied up with the acko general insurance company. If the insured customer wants to avail treatment in any of the non network hospitals then the same should be claimed through reimbursement mode. In any case the insured customer should intimate the insurance company regarding the claim and obtain a claim intimation number. In case of cashless claim settlement, the approval would be given by the insurance company within a stipulated period of time and the claim would be processed.
