Claim Settlement Process


Magma HDI general insurance claim form should be duly filled and signed before sending it to the TPA or the insurance company for cashless claim processing.


  • The claim form should be filled in with all the details such as the nature of the illness, type of treatment required, cost for the treatment, pre-existing diseases or treatment undertaken etc.
  • The claim form would be available with the network hospitals which are having a tie up with the insurance company.
  • The insured customer should fill the claim form with care and share it with the TPA to process the cashless claim settlement in consultation with the insurance company.
  • The cashless claim settlement approval would be given within the stipulated time as mentioned by the company.
